Telephone System

The telephone system is based on computer telephony integration technology and cloud computing technology, and provides stable and reliable communication services through user terminals, telephone switches, network infrastructure, servers and external connections, and other components that cooperate with each other to realize the transmission, routing, and switching of telephone signals. It allows enterprises to realize the provision of high-quality telephone call services via the Internet at any location and any time.

 

1.System Composition

Telephone terminal: i.e. telephone set with traditional telephone functions, such as dialing, answering, hands-free, voice mail, etc.. And support voice communication through the network.

Telephone gateway: the core equipment and key, with routing management function, responsible for mapping the telephone area code to the corresponding regional gateway IP address, completing the compression, packaging, transmission, unpacking and decoding of voice data.

Gatekeeper: Mainly responsible for user authentication, address resolution, broadband management, route management, security management and other functions.

Telephone switch: one of the core devices, responsible for handling call establishment and call management between telephones, providing network management and security functions.

Server and storage device: used to store user information, call records, voicemail and other contents.

 

2.Application Scenarios

Enterprise office: improve internal communication efficiency and reduce communication costs.

Remote office: Support voice communication needs in remote office.

Cross-country communication: Realize cross-country voice communication through IP network and reduce international communication cost.
